We are a family-owned agency based in Podgorica, working across Montenegro on the sale and rental of apartments, houses, villas, commercial premises and land. Most of our work is in the capital, where we know the buildings, the streets and the honest price of a square metre in each quarter — but we regularly handle coastal and inland properties for clients who ask us to.
The agency is registered in the Central Business Registry of Montenegro under registration number 51113264, PIB 03525422, with Gordana Bulatović as director. Being small is deliberate: you speak to the people who own the business, and the same people are with you at the notary.
Our mission
To make buying, selling and renting property in Montenegro calm and predictable. That means honest valuations rather than flattering ones, properties presented as they really are, and a client who always knows what the next step is and what it costs.

Trust Real Estate MNE is a family-owned real estate agency based in Podgorica, Montenegro, registered under number 51113264 and led by founder and director Gordana Bulatović. We work on sales and rentals of apartments, houses, villas, commercial premises and land, with full legal, notary and mortgage support handled in-house or through our affiliated law office.
Podgorica first and foremost — City Kvart, Master Kvart, Preko Morače, Centar, Stari Aerodrom, Zabjelo, Tološi, Stara Varoš and Momišići — plus the wider Podgorica municipality and property elsewhere in Montenegro, including coastal towns, for clients who ask us to look further afield.

Commission is agreed in writing before we start work, and it depends on whether you are selling, buying, letting or renting and on the value of the transaction. There are no hidden charges and no fee for an initial consultation or valuation opinion. Separate third-party costs such as notary, cadastre and tax are always shown to you as a separate line.
Yes. We prepare and review the pre-contract and sale contract, check the title sheet and encumbrances in the cadastre, attend the notary appointment with you, and work with an affiliated law office when a case needs formal legal representation. After completion we handle utility transfers, tax paperwork and registration of your ownership.
Regularly. We run video viewings, send full documentation packs, and can complete the transaction using a notarised power of attorney if you cannot travel. We also handle Montenegrin company formation when the purchase involves agricultural land, and support residence-permit applications based on property ownership.
